Opus Flag – Ampoule and Vial Labeling System

Opus Flag is the next step in hospital pharmacy automation. It automatically loads ampoules into the machine, prints a "flag" (label) identifying the medication, and places it on the ampoules. This ensures that medications are accurately identified and traceable.

Dosage of syrups, creams, alcohol solutions, and cleansing products.

Opus MK5 automatically separates, packages, and prints and seals externally sourced liquid medicines within a specified volume. This process reduces waste, is economical, and increases production efficiency.

The machine has sterilizable channels, and the produced packages are printed with information such as barcode, name, and expiration date related to the oral liquid they contain.
